Working with Agnes and her partner Dani for the purchase of a property in Spain was a fantastic experience.  As a foreign buyer, it is critical to have advocates representing you who are experienced and understand the complexity of this process.  All communications with Agnes were excellent and responsive.  She puts significant effort into clearly understanding the needs and requirements of her clients with respect to the property they wish to buy.  She is completely transparent and honest regarding expectations for the purchase.  This is an important and essential quality in a buyer’s agent.  She always has the buyer’s best interests first and negotiates with sellers and other parties accordingly.  She does a superb job at finding and filtering properties so that clients do not waste time.  She found an ideal property for me very quickly.  In addition to being highly skilled at finding the best properties, Agnes is highly knowledgeable about many other aspects of the real estate transaction process.  She has the confident ability to navigate the paperwork, contracts and other bureaucracy associated with the property purchase.  As a foreign buyer, one most definitely needs this.  Her partner, Dani, is phenomenal.  His background in engineering and construction is a tremendous asset when evaluating properties and identifying the strengths and weakness of each.  He is a real problem solver.  Dani always gives honest, clear advice and recommendations.  He and Agnes are able see the potential in a property and make suggestions regarding possible renovations if one wished to do this.  They work hard to provide the best possible price and value for buyers.  In my particular case, they achieved this spectacularly.  They found a newly renovated apartment in the ideal, preferred location and negotiated a lower price.  Also important, and very much appreciated, is that Dani and Agnes helped out quite a lot after the closing documents were signed to smooth out and finalize the whole process.  Agnes and Dani are a wonderful team and incredibly kind people.  Their work ethic, knowledge, people skills and communications instilled complete trust during the entire process of the apartment purchase. They have been an absolute joy to work with. A mi me contactaron con Agnes para ayudarnos en la compra de un piso en Madrid. Todo lo hicimos a la distancia, nos apoyó, nos explico y en todo momento se puso de nuestro lado. Nosotros ya concluimos el proceso con los mejores resultados y seguimos en contacto para varios trámites. Si algún día tienen una inquietud en Madrid, sin duda lo puedes hacer con ella! Agnes and her husband Daniel are both genuinly nice and commited people. The most dramatic part was when Agnes was rushing to chase up a very important information for us and broke a foot. She still arrived on time to our meeting and protected our intrest even in these circumstances. Without them it would have been more expensive, risky and very stressful to go through all the difficulties of buying a property in a country with which we were not familiar. Monica & Emilio are a dream team!!  They were there every step of the way, from finding the perfect house to handling all the legal work.  They set up our accounts, obtained quotes for renovations, and answered all our many questions.   Monica went above and beyond in searching for our perfect home, knocking on doors and digging through listings in our chosen neighborhood until she found the one!  She checked each property thoroughly and warned us against a few that had water and structural issues that weren't visible.

Contactamos con Lola y Laura porque queríamos comprar nuestra primera vivienda y necesitábamos ayuda para conseguir un buen piso en la jungla inmobiliaria de Madrid. Tras más de un año buscando casa por nuestra cuenta, en dos meses hemos conseguido nuestro piso ideal gracias a la ayuda de Laura y Lola. Hola, mi nombre es Guillermo.
Nací en Argentina hace ya 60 años y trabajé allí durante toda la vida en temas de agricultura y Medio ambiente. Al momento de pensar en mi retiro de la actividad, definí mi interés por cambiar y mudarme al menos temporariamente a vivir en España.
Por ello inicié en septiembre de 2022 el proyecto de adquirir una vivienda y buscar una actividad en la península.
Contacte con property buyers para que me prestaran su asistencia e inicié un viaje de tres meses, para identificar en qué región de España me gustaría radicarme.
Galicia ( la tierra de los antepasados), El Pirineo Aragonés y Barcelona fueron los tres puntos que inicialmente consideré.
En ese interin fueron gestionando mi cuenta bancaria, mi Número de Identificación de Extranjero NIE, para tener la documentación en condiciones al momento de definir la compra.
Como suele ocurrir en estos casos, luego de hacer una recorrida por la Costa del Sol, mi interés se centró en un lugar totalmente diferente: las costas de Andalucía y particularmente la región del Levante, en el sector litoral norte de la provincia de Almería.
El presupuesto era acotado, los agentes de Property buyers en Mijas pasaron a prestarme la asistencia e identificamos un conjunto de propiedades, muy cercanas al mar, que reunían las condiciones que estaba buscando.
Rápidamente evaluamos las ofertas y realizamos algunas propuestas... y concertamos una operación gracias a la fantástica capacidad de negociación, fruto del profesionalismo y el profundo conocimiento de la agente asignada como colaboradora.
Aceptada la propuesta por la vendedora ,rápidamente tuvimos los informes dominiales, legales e ingenieriles para avanzar con la adquisición.
El proceso se realizó aceleradamente, sin inconvenientes y fijamos la fecha de escrituración para el mes de abril.
Descansado en la gestión realizada por la Personal Shopper Inmobiliaria, quien aseguró en todo momento la correcta realización de cada una de las gestiones necesarias para llegar a este punto, sólo debí concentrarme en la correcta transferencia de los fondos y su justificación desde mis cuentas en Argentina.

Ya disfrutando de mi propiedad en Palomares en la provincia de Almería, solo queda agradecerle a Mónica, Carlos y Emilio de Property Buyers por haber facilitado la concreción de este, que inicialmente parecía un muy ambicioso proyecto, en tan solo cinco meses.

I can't imagine how any foreigner can buy a place in Spain without an Agnes & Dani. The bureaucracy alone is difficult enough, and without them I don't know if we'd have got through it. My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Agnes and her husband Dani to find our first home. Throughout the entire process, Agnes and Dani were very proactive, patient and extremely motivated to find us the best home for our budget and target area. Having Agnes in your corner makes the house buying process a lot smoother, as she is able to utilise her network and experience to smooth over any bumps along the way.

Over the course of several months, Agnes inspected numerous properties both with us and alone (or with her partner), gave us countless bits of advice, advised us on mortgages, ensured the flat we picked had no hidden costs or defects, and managed the purchase process. When we encountered some difficulties, we were glad Agnes was there to help us rectify them, whilst remaining in contact with the bank and the sellers. Best of all, she managed to negotiate a discount on the property that ended up being higher than her fee.

Gracias a Property Buyers pudimos desde Colombia tener en España la asesoría y la gestión completa para comprar vivienda en Andalucía.  Desde la búsqueda de pisos, tramitando cada parte de todo el proceso hasta obtener al final el registro catastral de la propiedad comprada.
